Chris Strange, owner of the cask manufacturing business Hereford Casks Ltd., has diversified into brewing. A 6-barrel plant by PBC Brewery Installations Ltd. has been installed in a vacant unit adjoining the cask factory. While markets are being established, just one brew is being produced, which is available in pins and firkins.
